While fitness fads have changed, my message stays the same: The sweat you put into your diet-and-workout routine is an investment that pays off in spades when it comes to your health, confidence and energy for life.

 

I understand that the gym is not for everyone, that is why I come to you! I believe that training is more then just exercises, it’s a full lifestyle makeover. That’s what works!

Each hour session we will sit down for the first fifteen minutes and go over, nutrition, goals for the week, and emotional challenges. The next 45 minutes we will get nice and sweaty! Losing weight is more then burning calories, it’s diet, emotional, and so much more. In order to change you need to have a plan I will help you develop that plan to overcome bad habits and set new healthy ones.

You can expect to tone and define your muscles, increase your strength, speed up your metabolism, prevent injury, focus on your ideal body weight, and most important, feel amazing. With a fitness/nutrition plan specialized for you.

Training is customized to fit your needs. Below are various prices for training, but feel free to inquire about creating a plan to reach your goals.

Pricing and Packages

  • Consultation…………………………………………………………………………………………$30.00

-I feel a consultation is the first and most important step in achieving your health goals. This is where I determine your fitness goals and commitment level.  From our consultation I come up with a unique plan for you, depending on whether you have an hour or only 20 minutes to dedicate to exercise, depending on whether you eat out every meal or your able to prepare meals at home.  The consultation lasts one hour.

  • 1 hour Training Session-In House………………………………………………….$25.00

-There is so much to know when it comes to fitness, how much should I lift, what each exercise does, if I wanna loose fat and build muscle should I lift weights, do cardio only, or a combination and how much of each? That is where I come in, depending on your goals I give you that guidance, make sure your performing all your movements correctly to prevent injury. My most favorite part of training is I get to push you, we generally work harder and push ourselves more when we have someone at our side. Having a personal trainer is a commitment, it takes your goal to the next level and holds you accountable.

- I can come to your home or gym, your choice. Each one hour session will be broken up into 2 parts, the first 15 minutes we will sit down and discuss where you are at, your new goals and plans and how to  achieve them for the upcoming week.

  •  4 week Nutrition/Fitness Plan………………………………………………………………$35.00

-We all have heard that fitness makes up 15% of our body composition and the other 80% comes from diet and the last 5% is genetics. I TRULY believe this. A four week nutrition plan will give you 6 healthy yummy meals a week. These meals are family friendly and trust me they are delicious! A four week fitness plan will give you a daily workout plan, so it takes the guess work out of what you should do each day.  Give it a try for one month!

  • Training Package (consultation, 4 wk plan, 1 hour session)……………………..$75.00

-If you willing to get started in becoming the fit girl you’ve always wanted to be I recommend all three. I promise results and guidance in helping you get there!

      This is not an exclusive online program.

      I prefer to meet with my clients for an initial consult, to evaluate there individual goals and level of fitness. During the consult I have you fill out a questionnaire that is broken into five different categories; personal information (stats), fitness level (how active are you), nutrition level (what are your eating habits), commitment level (how much time are you able/willing to exercise and dedicate to nutrition), and goal assessment (what is your short/long term goals). This can all be done over phone, email, or in person.

      Next I asses your goals and create a four week fitness/nutrition program. The program includes workouts and meal plans for 4 weeks. After the four weeks we will re-evaluate and talk about whats working and whats not working and create a new 4 week plan. My goal is to have you self sufficient in 12 weeks, where you can eat from a variety of healthy nutritious meals and create a exercise regimen you can do.

      I recommend meeting with you once a week to go over the exercises I give you in your workout program and help you create the intensity I expect from your workouts. This is a critical time to answer your questions and concerns and motivate you to stay on track ;)

    Where are you located? I’m wondering if meeting will be a problem as I live in Nyssa, OR. The whole 12 week program is included in the $150.00?

      Yes meeting will be a problem I live in Idaho. The $125 is for consult, 4 week fitness/nutrition plan, one personal training session, fit journal, and custom workout ring. Since yours will be all done by email it would be $30 for consult via phone and email, and $35 for first 4 week plan. After 4 weeks I will re-evaluate and write a new 4 week plan for $35. So for a total of 12 weeks of fitness/nutrition plans plus the initial consult it would be a total of $170.

      I recommend the journal and workout ring but its not required to get started.
